Eight rental car agencies are located at RDU and are a quick shuttle bus ride from the terminals. Shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes and stop on each terminal curb near the baggage claim areas. Please look for the green bus shelters marked Rental Car.
Raleigh-Durham Airport Taxi & Limo Service
RDU Airport Taxi Service is operated by RDU Taxi, Inc. through an agreement with the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. RDU Airport Taxi provides service to and from RDU. To schedule a taxi, please call (919) 840-7277 or make a reservation at RDUTaxiinc.com.
The Terminal 1 taxi dispatch booth is located on the curb near Southwest Airlines. The Terminal 2 dispatch booth is located on the curb on the terminal’s lower level.
Raleigh-Durham Airport Bus and Shuttle Services
RDU's courtesy shuttle buses quickly transport passengers from the airport's Park & Ride lots to the terminals. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes for Lot 4 and Lot 3. Service is provided from 4:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. or last flight. All shuttles serving the Park & Ride lots are lift-equipped.
Triangle Transit: Passengers can take Triangle Transit routes 100 and 105 to downtown Raleigh and the Regional Transit Center, which offers connections to Durham.
